I’M A COMPASSIONATE OPERATIONS DIRECTOR WHO BELIEVES THAT CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT STARTS WITH GREAT leadership and COMPANY CULTURE.
I’VE WORKED FOR AND WITH A NUMBER OF MIDWESTERN BRANDS OVERSEEING IMPROVEMENT AND GROWTH. I STARTED MY OPERATIONS CAREER AS AN ENTREPRENEUR BUILDING A MULTI UNIT BAKERY OPERATION. AFTER SELLING THAT, I TOOK A DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS POSITION WITH FRANCESCA’S RESTAURANT GROUP IN CHICAGO.
AFTER WORKING FOR SEVERAL YEARS AS AN OPERATIONS PROFESSIONAL, I STARTED MY CONSULTING FIRM, CALIBRATE COACHING. WORKING WITH DEVELOPERS AND COMMUNITY ADVOCATES ON THE SOUTH AND WEST SIDES OF CHICAGO TO BRING HIGH LEVEL CONSULTING AND DYNAMIC HOSPITALITY CONCEPTS TO UNDER-INVESTED COMMUNITIES.
